Before calling the office, please have the following information ready:

1. Patients Name
2. Date of Birth
3. Your Phone Number
4. Name and dosage of medication to be refilled
5. Name and phone number of pharmacy

For ADD medications such as Ritalin, Adderall, and Dexedrine give 24 hours advance notice.

Refills that are called in on as Saturday may not be ready for pickup until the following Monday.
