Our office is committed to providing the best care for your child. Below you’ll find our office hours, holiday schedule, and helpful tips for scheduling appointments.
Office Hours
Our regular office hours are:
Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturdays, we are open from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Holiday Hours
Christmas Eve: December 24th/ 8:00 am – 12:30 pm
Christmas Day: December 25th / CLOSED
December 26th / 8:00 am – 12:30 pm
December 29th & 30th / Regular Hours
New Year’s Eve: December 31st / 8:00 am – 12:30 pm
New Year’s Day: January 1st / CLOSED
January 2nd / 8:00 am – 12:30 pm
Sports-Related Injuries
We can manage most sports-related injuries, except for obvious fractures. If your child sustains an injury, call the office immediately to schedule an appointment. The doctor will assess the injury and arrange for any needed specialists in an expedited manner.

For appointments, call us at (859) 371-7400. Our staff is available to assist you starting at 8:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday.
To ensure we meet the needs of our patients, we strive to have a doctor or nurse practitioner available 24/7.
Appointment Tips
To help us serve you better:

Call as early as possible. We start answering phones at 8:00 a.m.

Be prepared to accept the first available appointment.

Arrive on time for your appointment.

Do not add additional children to a single appointment, as there will be a charge for this.

Call ahead to cancel an appointment you cannot attend, as missed appointments may result in a charge.

Let the receptionist know if you need extra time with the doctor.
