What to Do in Case of an Emergency
Our dedicated team provides emergency medical advice even outside of regular business hours.
- Phone lines are forwarded to our answering service after hours (Monday–Saturday) and on Sundays.
- For non-life-threatening concerns, call 859-371-7400
- If you are unable to reach the the answering service, you can call them directly at 866-985-5663
- You’ll be connected with an operator who will gather your child’s name, symptoms, and your callback number.
- A provider will return your call within 20 minutes. If you don’t hear back, please call again.
Important Notes for After-Hours Calls

Keep your phone nearby after calling.

Be clear when stating your child’s information.

If urgent care is needed, the doctor may schedule a Sunday morning visit at the office.
We do not recommend walk-in clinics or general urgent care centers for pediatric concerns.

These facilities often lack access to your child’s medical history and may not have pediatric-trained providers.
