Office Hours, Appointments and Emergencies

Our dedicated team provides emergency medical advice even outside of regular business hours.

• Phone lines are forwarded to our answering service after hours (Monday–Saturday) and on Sundays.
• For non-life-threatening concerns, call 859-371-7400
• If you are unable to reach the the answering service, you can call them directly at 866-985-5663
• You’ll be connected with an operator who will gather your child’s name, symptoms, and your callback number.
• A provider will return your call within 20 minutes. If you don’t hear back, please call again.

Regular Office Hours

• Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Receptionist available at 8:00 am)

• Saturday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (Receptionist available at 8:00 am)

We do not recommend walk-in clinics or general urgent care centers for pediatric concerns.

• These facilities often lack access to your child’s medical history and may not have pediatric-trained providers.
